Product Manager

Location: Dalian

Responsibilities:
1 Work for project management which includes multiple projects involving project initiation, scoping, planning, tracing, status reporting and closing
2 Manage and deliver all ongoing projects for customer with high quality and on schedule.
3 Partially participate in pre-sale activity
4 Proactively communicates and manages risks both internally and with the clients
5 Manage project team to ensure professional behavior and appearance

Qualifications:
1 Analyzes and provides recommendations on product solution for a single product, sub product, or component
2 Executes product development plan as a hands on partner with engineering
3 Above 5 years or above working experience in financial, keep understanding on OTC, PTP is preferred
4 7-10 years or above working experience in software development industry, including analysis, design, coding and implementation, most of which with large scale OO applications
5 5 years or above work experience with project management.
6 Excellent ability of using Excel, PowerPoint for status reporting and presentation. Be able to address customer concerns through presentation.
7 Good master of Rational Unified Process, CMM/CMMI and other popular software development best practice is a plus
8 Strong technical background (NET. J2EE,.Com, Oracle, Unix, UML, etc) is preferred
9 Project experience with oversea client is preferred
10 Fluent English both in oral and writing
