職位描述
1.Performing sales performance analysis and propose solution based on market research and sales data analysis
2.Enforces compliance with appropriate policies/standard processes and supports internal investigations of policy violations regarding contracts/deals as needed
3.Acts as a consultant to deal/contract owners on the business side to guide them through the review process in a timely and effective manner
4.Tracks and monitors deals/contracts throughout the lifecycle from opportunity to close
5.Provides guidance and correction to Sales Leads to ensure accuracy/completeness of all deal-related documentation and avoid common pitfalls
6.Monitors workflow, gathering necessary artifacts and documentation and ensuring all necessary parties/approvers are involved in the process
7.Act as Finance contact point for the Sales community, providing MI and reporting to enable decision making. Ensure relevant controls and governance is applied by the Sales Teams whilst maintaining proactive and trusted relationship.
8.Contribute to war rooms on bid reviews, being proactive in helping Sales review deals and help structure deals that meet client needs whilst complying to internal controls.
9.Understand revenue accounting and the impact of new business sales on the bottom line and contribute to the weekly market New Business Forecast as the knowledge experts in the New Business Forecast.
10.Provide monthly reporting on revenue performance, communicate this to the Sales teams and guide them in key focus areas.
11.Participate in annual planning process; ensuring quota is fairly allocated to in market Sales Teams.
12.Communicate and drive focus on key initiatives, contributing to the creation of Sales promotions, Campaigns and Spiffs, and provide tracking and communication on them.
13.Administer the contracts data feeding into and renewal alerts output from Sales Order to Billing (SOTB). Compiling and reporting on weekly and monthly sales numbers.
14.Make continuous improvements to the system and processes to drive increases to forecasting accuracy over time.
15.Reporting sales status, setting targets, categorizing all the clients and establishing the management platform of Business Development information;
16.Follow the overall view of projects, coordinate with each function department to complete in respected deadlines and provide necessary support in communication
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.8+ years related experience, university degree majored in business administration or Finance
2.Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales forecasting. MS Office and data analysis skills
3.Experienced user of CRM systems to drive business performance (ideally SalesForce.com).
4.Ability to influence using a variety of influencing skills.
5.Builds strong relationships to allow objective challenge and support in commercial decision making.
6.Displays in depth knowledge of their business area’s commercial and operational practices allowing pro-active identification of potential improvements / efficiencies.
7.Proactively drives successful completion of projects in line with agreed deadlines.
8.Viewed as a delegate to their key business stakeholders at BL leadership level. English communication skill is the must in listening, speaking, reading and writing
9.Acts relatively autonomously, with support requested from line manager as required.
