Job Responsibility工作職責
1.Provide technical knowledge to continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing productivity.
2.Assist in the identification of new materials, methods, and tools in order to improve current processes and/or equipment.
3.Develop understanding of production processes to identify the key process parameters related to product performance.
4.Support the execution of studies to stabilize, characterize, and optimize key process parameters.
5.Support Manufacturing in efforts to troubleshoot the manufacturing processes on a daily basis.
6.Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation with input from appropriate functions.
7.Assist production in the training of operators, technicians as needed.
8.Work with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) as needed to ensure that equipment and processes comply with applicable codes and regulations.
9.Provide technical support during the commissioning and debugging of new equipment.
10.Work with maintenance and production to define appropriate spare parts inventories and PM schedules.
11.Work with R&D to ensure process specifications, procedures, and controls related to new products are well documented and communicated before launch.
12.Provide input to R&D regarding processing options during the development of new products.
13.To set up develop and update process documentation (work instruction, pfmea, production diagrams).
14.To improve the safety, occupational health and environment protection related with work flow.

Position Qualification任職要求
1.Mechanical, Engineering and related major, with bachelor degree or above;
2.5 years or more welding fixture and site working experience , be familiar with caron dioxide, mig welding, and mag welding (Welding robot is preferred);
3.High skills of operation by hand and site issue solving;
4.Know the mechanical machining knowledge;
5.Good communication skills and team-working spirit;
6.Fluent English skills; Ability to work with all levels of management.
7.This job may require travel for extended periods; Maybe required to work extended hours; Stress-balance

我們在中國的首家工廠成立于2008年，位于江蘇省昆山市，自此開始正式進入中國市場。海斯坦普的上海辦公室于2007年7月成立，于2009年升級為海斯坦普亞太區管理總部。集團自2010年收購了愛德夏后，開啟了迅猛發展的模式，于2011年收購了蒂森克虜伯金屬成型武漢工廠，在短短的3年內新建了5個工廠（2012年的重慶工廠、2013年的沈陽工廠、2013年的昆山愛德夏工廠、2014年的東莞工廠和2014年的昆山工廠2期）。目前，在中國制造的關鍵汽車零部件主要有：A柱總成、B柱總成、地板加固件、牽引力操縱桿、發動機懸掛機架、門檻板、車門鉸鏈，車門限位器，自動開閉系統和駕駛控制系統等。截止至2016年，我們主要的客戶有大眾、福特、標致、通用、寶馬、吉利沃爾沃、捷豹路虎、戴姆勒、廣汽、現代、本田和雷諾-尼桑。

隨著海斯坦普集團在中國地區業務的不斷發展， 我們即將在中國天津武清開發區建立一家全新的工廠，計劃于2017年建成投產，辦公地址位于天津市 武清開發區 泉匯路開源道附近。海斯坦普天津工廠將主要為京津地區的客戶提供卓越的產品解決方案，如北京奔馳、北汽福田、一汽大眾、一汽豐田等。
