Implements quality system, solves product processing problem timely, ensures product and service quality, meets and exceeds customer requirements
貫徹執行質量體系，及時處理在產品生產過程中的問題，保證產品和服務質量, 滿足甚至超越客戶需求

Assists to implement quality system and process audit, and track corrective actions according to the plan. Proactively uses suitable quality improvement tools and promote in workplace, to improve quality control
按計劃協助實施質量體系及過程審核并跟蹤改進措施。在工作中積極使用適當的質量改進工具并進行大力推廣，促進質量控制方面的改進
Documentation Control文件控制
Completes product quality inspection and control document,
制定產品質量方面的檢驗和控制文件
Production Quality Management產品質量管理
Be responsible for daily production quality management. Schedule meeting，Disposal production with defect
負責日常生產線的產品質量管理. 定期召開質量會議,處理不良品

Completes and executes product and process audit policy, continuously improves product quality制定并執行產品和過程審核制度，持續提高產品質量

Be responsible for maintenance and testing of product inspection tools
負責產品檢具的維護和驗證

Customer Complaint Settlement客戶投訴解決
Deals with customer complaints, ensures to provide feedback to customer timely, and regularly communicates with customer
處理客戶抱怨，確保及時給予客戶反饋，并與客戶定期交流
Reporting報告
Collects and summaries quality data, report and establish improvement plan according to confirmed schedule
收集及匯總質量數據，按所確定的周期匯報并制定改進方案
Continuous Improvement持續提高
Assists to set up and implement process statistic and analysis, continuously improves product quality
協助建立并實施過程統計和分析, 持續改進產品質量

Be responsible for continuously decrease RPPM and IPPM
負責RPPM和IPPM的持續降低

Improves Process Quality competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通過推動持續改進活動和鼓勵創新產品、服務、解決方案和流程，提高質量制程的競爭力和客戶滿意度
Active For Advanced Quality先期項目活動
Be responsible quality problem collect after PV build and feedback to AQE on new program.負責新項目PV后問題的收集，建立問題清單，并反饋給AQE
Be responsible cooperated resource to check part on every build after PV build.負責PV制造后各節點檢查人員的協調
Be responsible check and accept tools,estabulish record on new program.負責新項目檢具驗收，建立檢具檔案
Be responsible foam characteristic and appearance and feedback to AQE.負責新項目泡沫性能與外觀持續跟蹤,收集問題,反饋給AQE.
任職資格:
?Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
本科或以上學歷，機械、工程和相關專業優先。
?0– 2 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred.
0– 2 年質量工作經驗，汽車行業優先。
?Quality management knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.）
質量管理知識(TS16949, 控制計劃，FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客戶指定系統需求等)
