職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
To manage and ensure marketing strategies in accordance to overall NEVS business objective, China market objectives and global directives. Design brand framework base on global direction and adapt to Chinese market. Develop product platform lifecycle communication from new product launch to obsolescence phase. Provide business insights and facilitate global communications as well as inter-departmental communication within NEVS. Input to marketing strategies and planning for future products. Overall effort to achieve Marketing KPI and gain market position in sales and market share.
-Brand Strategy Communication & Facilitation
1.To develope overall brand strategy and framework for NEVS in China, and play as advocator for this brand essence and standard internally and externally ;
2.To also strengthen communication with global marketing, in order to ensure alignment with global strategy, business direction and marketing plan, to ensure a full utilisation of resources and an exchange of learning;
-Product Lifecycle Communication Planning & Mornitoring
1.To directly take charge of product lifecycle communciation strategy, provide input and guidance to marketing service teams, e.g. media, event, digital, track the KPI of marketing activities conducted;
2.Continuous monitoring of business status/opportunities of each product offering relative to: sales, profitability, competitiveness, technology trends, and operations fit compatibility.
-Cross functional integration
1.To coordinate reletive functions such as product, sales, service, PR to ensure synergized effots to ensure best product performance in the market.
2.With accumen in digitaliation trend, build NEVS distinction and prestige to differentiate from other competitors.
任職要求:
1.10+ years’ experience of direct marketing communication management prefer to be in Auto industry.
2.Have practical strategic and tactical marketing knowledge. Rich experience in consumer marketing strategy and execution is required.
3.Solid integrated marketing communication background and particular acquisition and sensibility for the digital world.
4.Solid knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese vehicle environment
5.Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills.
6.Quick learner and problem solver.
7.Integrity, intelligent and proactive.
8.Have leadership qualities to lead and motivate the marketing communication team.
9.Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
