職責描述:
Responsibilities Of The HR Assistant
?General coordination of internal and external meetings and team events (including but not limited to logistics arrangements, vendor selection, meeting feedback/minutes, analysis etc.)
?HR COE Project SLA tracking and analysis
?Point of contact for HR visitors, HR events(internal/external)
?Assist in the championing of a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes
?Any ad hoc HR assignment: Acting under general supervision, the incumbent will utilize his/her general HR knowledge to administer complex processes related to the delivery of HR Projects, Knowledge management, and Team Support.

Qualifications For The HR Assistant
?1-3 years of Administrative office experience in IT environment and/or relevant HR experience
?Excellent written competency and communication skills
?Resourceful, motivated, efficient, pro-active and customer-service oriented
?Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
?Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
?Superior organizational skills and adept at managing /anticipating expectations
?Ability to handle confidential materials with the utmost discretion, integrity and diplomacy
?Flexible attitude – no job is too small
?Must feel comfortable with all administrative tasks
?Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education Requirements
?Bachelors’ degree is required
