職位描述
Role & Responsibility:
Act as the "face" of HR and be the clear point of contact for Power Solutions manufacturing plants for Shanghai and Haiyan to align with different stakeholders. He/she will provide leadership to the site HR functions to deliver high value, professional services to drive organizational performance.
Main tasks:
- Supervision on day to day realization of HR Operations processes on Danfoss People Manager Calendar
- Employee relations and communications (employee orientation, effective communications through town halls, management, HR meetings, resolution of employee’s grievance, compliance with local law and corporate)
- Executing on strategic HR initiatives both from Work Function BU and China Region, organizational and employee issues integral to BUs business strategy. Aligning people decisions to business needs
- Work with Power Solutions segments, Plant leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages full use of diverse talents and abilities; act as an employee advocate; drive various corporate and division business initiatives
- Coach and develop, along with the regional specialists and HRBPs for BU, all Managers and key talents
- Provide guidance and expertise toward work council negotiations and collaboration with unions
- Lead / assist with any disciplinary processes involving any employees
Education / experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in an industrial environment with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience working in a country/regional matrixed or otherwise complex environment
Minimum requirements to working experience:
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
- Experience in process implementation, change management, leading transformation processes and manage resistance
