職責描述：
Performs on-site installation, calibration, repair, preventive maintenance, upgrades and customer training sessions.

Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
（協同客戶縮短停機時間）
Perform tool trouble shooting capability and service provided at customer site.
(為客戶現場解決機器障礙問題，提供滿意的售后服務)
Resolve customer requirement with coordinating.
(協調解決客戶的需求和問題)
Maintain customer relationship, and satisfy customer with all technical profile & definition.

任職要求：
College degree minimum in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of work experience in supporting complex equipment for the semiconductor industry is required.
（機電工程大專及以上文化，3年以上半導體設備維護相關工作經驗）
Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
（較強的溝通技巧）
Responsible working attitude, strong team spirit.
（責任心，團隊意識）
Ability to work under pressure.
（有一定的抗壓能力）
Knowing well about electronics principle and have good sense at electrical circuit troubleshooting.

Basic concept for optical vision system.

The ability of logical thinking.

Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
