1. 新產品項目立項開發；
2.負責產品的競爭力分析與論證；
3.同行和本公司產品比較；
4.產品新項目規劃及前期論證；
5.產品項目研發，推動項目實施；
6.產品方案規劃和系列化設計；
7.產品維護與持續改進；
8.產品樣本/使用說明書/企業標準/型式試驗；
9.產品銷售支持推廣。
任職資格：
1.本科及以上學歷，電氣類專業；
2.五年以上行業標桿交流永磁伺服電機主導設計開發經驗；
3.精通交流永磁伺服電機磁路設計、電磁和熱仿真，熟悉控制理論、結構設計，了解制造工藝；
4.良好的專業英文讀寫能力。
