招聘專員
工作職責:
1、根據公司業務要求完成金融IT職位的招聘;
2、獨立負責崗位需求分析、通過各個渠道進行簡歷甄選、電話溝通、面試安排及offer談判;
3、完成公司招聘數據報表和系統的維護;
4、負責公司招聘渠道的維護及招聘流程優化。
崗位要求:
1、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;
2、流暢的語言表達能力和協調能力,有團隊合作精神;
3、有親和力,積極向上,有較強的抗壓能力和良好的學習能力;
4、有軟件外包、外派招聘、獵頭等工作經驗優先;
5、有過Core Java、C++、Integrator、QA等IT類崗位的招聘經驗優先。
Position: Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
1.Select appropriate sourcing channels to get right candidates
2.Screen CVs
3.Conduct telephone interview and face to face interview
4.Assess candidates with all kinds of methods including structure interview, STAR and assessment tools if necessary
5.Feedback and communication with Project Manager, candidates and other related party;
6.Monitor and control the whole recruiting process of responsible positions;
7.Support on other tasks of recruiting team;
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resource, Business Management or Computer Science is the plus;
2.At least 1 year experience in recruiting process, multi-national company experience in IT industry or headhunter preferred;
3.Reliable, outgoing, proactive, result-oriented. Can work under high pressure
