The Marketing & Creative Solutions team is changing the way the digital ecosystem is evolving. This role will support the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team by partnering across agencies and advertisers to develop digital solutions that best utilize Google platform to generate superior consumer experiences and build stronger brands.
Your Role
Creative Solutioning:
? You work with the in-market or central creative solutions leads for top brands, understanding advertiser/ agency requirements. You also suggest the appropriate creative approach to their creative agencies, and help build mocks/ asset adapts using our Ignition Labs ECDC.
? This involves interpreting the brief, auditing existing assets and defining the re/constructing approach based on our CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE for the most impactful delivery on the internal platforms. You will also be working with internal sales account teams to layer proposed media & measurement plans, and managing the creative iterations/ approval process with either the internal sales team or the external advertiser/ agency stakeholders.
? Additionally,as the in-market expert for our CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE, which often leads the thinking in digital creative, you will be expected to evangelize, articulate and convince advertisers of the benefits that the asset re/construction we deliver.
? You will also be expected to be a contributor in the building of this CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE stream, by articulating experiments, identifying supporting advertisers and measuring/analyzing the flighted campaign data.
Operations
? You will be the bridge between internal sales, external advertisers/agencies and to deliver advertiser ready communications & output
? Creative Servicing: You will support advertiser/ agency teams in interpreting the advertiser requirement, defining the asset support required (spanning from audit to re/construction) and ensuring a distilled ask for the ECDC to revert efficiently.
? Creative Quality Control: You will be the in-market expert for our CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE production guidelines, and will ensure that the ECDC assets meet those norms consistently.
? Creative Operations: You will be responsible for the efficiency and cost control for your market. Besides day to day operations efficiency, this might involve the creation of processes, frameworks and checkpoints to ensure only the most superior quality of work is delivered. You will monitor delivery metrics, track operations SLAs (CSAT, TAT, Quality of output). You will also be expected to drive ECDC governance, operational excellence and executional rigor.
? Creative & Operations Automation: You will leverage automation to streamline daily challenges and create efficiencies. You will also be responsible for its effective roll out.

? You work will require you to work across multiple different advertisers and their unique challenges everyday- providing you with an almost impossible to get visibility on a country’s digital marketing ecosystem.
? But it will need you to be an expert multi-tasker and have the challenging skill-mix of unstructured creative & structured operations. We expect you to have:
? Creative Judgement: You should know a fair bit about branding and producing advertising assets across video and display. We expect an ‘extreme’ attention to detail.
? Project Management: You will need to scrappy, entrepreneurial, manage chaos and yet deliver a highreliability workstream of internal standards. We expect someone who thrives in ambiguity, scarcity and urgency.
? Collaboration: You will need to be able to deliver intuitively & smoothly across multiple teams and stakeholders spread geographically. Being a strong relationship builder and team player is hygiene.
? 2+ years of managing creative servicing & production or testing at an agency/in-house brand setup with deep comfort of delivering video & static (offline & online) assets end-to-end.
