工作職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)海外客戶，討論產(chǎn)品需求，協(xié)同工程團(tuán)隊(duì)完成項(xiàng)目的前期評估，工作量評估；
2、負(fù)責(zé)海外客戶項(xiàng)目實(shí)施。準(zhǔn)備項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)計(jì)劃，跟蹤，實(shí)施。協(xié)同內(nèi)部，外部不同團(tuán)隊(duì)，完成項(xiàng)目；
3、負(fù)責(zé)海外客戶項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)跟進(jìn)，把控生產(chǎn)周期；
4、配合Sales做好生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，和相應(yīng)支持工作；
5、協(xié)調(diào)銷售，產(chǎn)品市場，研發(fā)，采購，產(chǎn)品計(jì)劃等部門，做好跨部門溝通，更好的把控推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程；
6、項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量做好把控；
7、分析產(chǎn)品的競爭力，提出改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的方案，對相關(guān)產(chǎn)品順應(yīng)大趨勢進(jìn)行升級；
8、有良好的英語口語能力，能和客戶用英語直接溝通；
9、工作地點(diǎn)深圳。

任職資格：
1、大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，電子及相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、10年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，2-3年技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年以上產(chǎn)品市場經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有海外團(tuán)隊(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、熟悉電視，機(jī)頂盒等消費(fèi)類電子產(chǎn)品，芯片，及其相關(guān)技術(shù)，熟悉產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)周期；
4、英文流利,良好的溝通表達(dá)能力，協(xié)調(diào)能力，抗壓能力強(qiáng)；
5、良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。


Job Description
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for management of overseas full product lifecycle, including planning and design of product, evaluation of proposals, product development, product promotion, product introduction and sales and lifecycle management.
2、Investigate overseas product specific customer, market segments, competitor, consumer needs, and technologies.
3、Define the strategy and roadmap for products portfolio.
4、Organize evaluations of techniques, cost, quality, risk, manufacture and supply
5、Work with team member on cross function team process, including sales region, business plan, product marketing, R&D, sourcing, planning and supply chain.
6、Manage on making promotion proposals, sorting out selling points, training of product presentations and implementation.
7、Analyze product competitiveness, product improvement and upgrade maintenance.

Requirements:
1、At least bachelor degree, major in electronics, IT and relative majors;
2、Totally 10+ years working experience, including 2-3 years’ experience in technique functions, 5+ years’ experience in product management and overseas project experience;
3、Familiar with OTT, IPTV related products;
4、Fluent English speaking, both in verbal and written;
5、Good communication skills"
