工作職責(zé)
1)負(fù)責(zé)華東區(qū)域(上海、江蘇、浙江、安徽)的中高端崗位招聘(區(qū)域副總、銷售總監(jiān)、項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)、產(chǎn)品總監(jiān)、技術(shù)總監(jiān)、技術(shù)專家等);
2)針對(duì)中高端職位,與業(yè)務(wù)伙伴建立緊密聯(lián)系,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求運(yùn)用多種途徑獵取候選人,與候選人建立長(zhǎng)期聯(lián)系,維護(hù)候選人資源儲(chǔ)備;
3)拓展高端獵聘渠道,管控供應(yīng)商合作,提高公司針對(duì)高端人才獲取能力;
4)完善公司針對(duì)特定行業(yè)與職位的人才mapping,為公司重大決策提供支持;
任職要求
1)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2)5年及以上IT行業(yè)人才招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)(prefer :in house+獵頭經(jīng)驗(yàn));
3)有良好的人際溝通能力、感染力,自信、熱情,愿意接受極具挑戰(zhàn)性的工作;
4)熟練運(yùn)用不同的人才搜尋途徑(人才庫(kù)、網(wǎng)站及Cold Call等);
5)責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、高效、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向;

Role:
·We are seeking for a role who will be responsible for Senior Technical/Sales talent recruitment and reported to HRD of Neusoft Corporation East China region. This role possesses excellent knowledge and expertise in IT/Software recruitment.
· One should Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, assessing, interviewing, offers negotiating.
· The role focuses on high level candidate in IT/Software field, means who should be able to possess excellent knowledge and expertise in IT/Software recruitment. And Work with business managers for hiring strategies and plans. Build strong partnership with the business through full talents mapping.
Experience:
· Around 4-6 years’ recruiting experiences in IT/Software /Technology, and 2-3 years’ Recruitment Consultant experiences will be a preference.
· Strong knowledge and resources in senior talents sourcing, Talents Mapping, Direct Sourcing Capability Building;
· Strong communication and inter-personal skills, Logic and good analytical skills.
· High flexibility to overcome challenge. Target-oriented.
