Job Description:?
- Lead Organization Development function, develop and manage organizational strategies and process.?
- Build a performance and development culture to facilitate the company achieving its vision, mission and strategies.?
- Lead, Design and execute key programmatic elements of OD process. ( e.g organization capability review, succession planning etc. )?
- Facilitate key OD projects ( project stone, project A+, share service ) and support on change management.?
- Co-lead HR transformation and support geography HR to ensure its proper landing.?
- Assist with provision of expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers regarding OD method and tools.?
- Continuously develop team members into well-rounded business people with the needed tools to maximize the capabilities of participants and employees.?
- Maximize the OD/PD team’s positive impact in the business, being a positive role model of APP’s values in action at all times. Ensure the team’s actions at all levels support the business strategies, mission and triple bottom line objectives of people, products and profit.
Qualifications:?
- World class Organization Development leader with a proven track record of driving outstanding results by building and implementing successful organization development processes, systems and practices across the business.?
- Eight or more years of progressive experience in organization development and human resources leadership, preferably in the consumer, industrial or human services industries.? - Hands on and be able to multi-task management.?
- Proven track record in doing a scientific and systematic succession plan and organization development program.?
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically to design organization development strategies that drive business results and transform the lives of individuals.?
- Demonstrated success in creating curriculum and other development systems using adult learning models.?
- Prefer to have experience in leading or expose on HR transformation.?
- Proven experience in successfully managing teams, including the ability to provide direction, drive and measure results and collaborate with direct reports, external resources and across functions at all levels of the organization.?
- Demonstrated experience in influencing change, organization development and successfully leading and managing in a fast-paced environment.?
