工作職責:
Position Summary:
A member of China Service Technical Support Team, lead our China Service Department employee development initiatives through hosting creative training events and educational programs to meet whole team technical competence improving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Map out annual internal training plans for Service Department and facilitate the course delivery.
2.Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
3.Be the contact window of global/factory training departments, to ensure local training events well aligned and recognized.
4.Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.
5.Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
6.Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
7.Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
8.Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
9.Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
10.Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design.
11.Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
12.Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
13.Promote technical knowledge sharing by designing and developing appealing programs.
14.Manage Technical Support Team Website.
任職要求:
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1.Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role.
2.Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
3.Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
4.Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
5.Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and uate).
6.Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
7.Experience with e-learning platforms.
8.MS Office proficiency.
9.Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
10.Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills in both English and Chinese.
11.BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field is preferred.
