?Work with distributors in customer education and scientific promotion to reach sales target 積極與經銷商配合并協同工作,通過為客戶提供教育和學術推廣達成銷售指標
?Work with vertical sales team, to initiate local sales plan based on national strategies and execution 根據全國的市場策略,制定區域內的銷售策略并執行
?Hire/manage/uate ID distributors in territory 招募/管理/評估所轄區域的免疫診斷經銷商
?Visit end users to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers. 和重點客戶建立并保持溝通,以充分了解市場并對客戶的問題提供及時反饋和解決
?Organize training and application support to customers and distributors in territory 區域內用戶的產品和臨床應用培訓
任職要求:
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree or above in medicine, clinical laboratory, or relevant majors 醫學或檢驗相關專業大學本科以上學歷;
?3+ years’ experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record 有外企醫療行業3年以上的銷售和經銷商管理工作經驗;
?Good communication skill, High team spirit良好的客戶溝通技巧,高度的團隊協作精神;
?Willing to travel frequently適應經常出差;
?Work hard, and willing to face challenge 樂于接受挑戰;
