職位描述
工作職責:
?Manage customer orders from receipt of order to invoice of goods
?Closely work with planners for specific customer requests and priority of shipping
?Ensure that the customer database is kept updated, including customer pricing and shipping details
?Other tasks assigned by manager to optimize order fulfillment process.
?Ensure that we maintain a high service level to customer and improve in areas where we perform below customer expectations
?Maintain high level on time delivery performance
任職要求:
?College diploma or above in Logistics. International Trade or relevant.
?At least 3 years’ experience in customer service.
?Familiar with import procedure, domestic transportation.
?Detail oriented in handling and following up on customer orders, complaints and custom requests.
?Good communication skill with international customers.
?Strong interpersonal skills with cross functional team.
?Result driven attitude and ability to work under pressure.
?Fluent English both in written and oral
?Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
