Job Title:Project Manger
Division:Environmental Solution China

Job Summary:The project manager performs project management for all CEMS project to support commercial team reach the revenue. This position requires a person skilled in field engineering project management.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
?As the first owner of CEMS project to manage and coordinate projects to meet contract requirements, delivery dates, and estimated costs. The project management start from get signed contract to complete 168 testing and get acceptance report.
?Establish highly positive, effective, and responsive communication with internal and external contacts.
?Organize kick-off. Prepare the Milestone Sheer/Gantt Chat.
?Organize wrap-up meeting. Prepare the summary of project management.
?Organize/participate periodical and nonscheduled project review with customer, distributer, representative, contractor, and internal departments.
?Coordinate internal and external source to ensure the project execution smoothly according the developed Milestone Sheet/Gantt Chart.
?Perform risk analysis and mitigating project risk.
?Provide project prioritization list to internal function teams.
?Optimize the procedure of project management.
Other Job Requirements:
?Good verbal & written communication skills
?Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
?Have knowledge of CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems)
?Must be very well organized, with multi-tasking, and prioritizing ability
?Familiar with AutoCAD Software
?Ability to work in a fast paced environment
?Multi-national company working experience is a plus????

Educational Qualifications:
?At least bachelor’s degree of engineering degree (electrical, Chemical, instrument or Environmental)
Experience and/or Skills Qualifications:
?>5 years’ experience with field engineering project management
