Mission:
Fulfills corresponding SLA, comply to global defined process and knowledge based during the service delivery:
1: Provide technical solution and service support for internal customer.
2. React to special requirements and come up with resolutions.
3. Responsible for projects in a timely manner to complete the overall goal.
What are my responsibilities?
1: With fully understanding of SLA, in a quality manner, provides standard solutions to internal customers.
2: Responsible for special supporting requirement, cooperate with internal and external experts to work out recognizable resolution.
3: Identifies and understands issues / problems accomplish analysis of feasibility plan and follow project with constant monitor and control.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Enjoy the supporting and sharing, more than 1 year supporting / service desk working experience is preferred.
2. Welcome, enjoy and actively contribute to the change in order to improve the performance and problem solving.
3. Effective communication and collaboration skill
Education:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
Experience and skills:
1. 1~2 years working experience in IT Network / Server, General IT Security and network management knowhow.
2. CISCO CCNA or MS certification are preferred.
3: Fluent in Mandarin, Smooth in English.
