職位描述
職責描述:
1-Deal with leaders’ calendar meetings, schedules, travels and other daily admin work.
安排領導日程、差旅以及日常行政事務
2-Pre-check the documents which need leaders signing, classfy, follow up queries and collect feedback.
預審、分類、送簽日常文件, 跟蹤問題, 反饋意見
3-Receive and arrange internal/external VIPs visit.
接待內外部VIP客人來訪
4-Collect, translate and compile meeting slides.
收集、翻譯及整理會議文件資料
5-Take care of the stamps and use it under control.
保管及正確使用印章及個人私章
6-Manage daily office supply, mail box and document maintenance.
采購日常辦公用品, 維護領導內部信箱及保管部門資料
7-Arrange function level meeting/event agenda, meeting/event venue, transportation and accommodation.
安排部門級會議及活動,準備文件,選定場地,安排行程、交通、住宿等
8-‘Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by leader.
完成領導分派的其它責任及任務
任職要求:
Work Experience/工作年限:
1-3 years of secretarial occupation
1至3年秘書崗位工作經驗
Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience/其他知識/技能/經驗:
1. Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上學歷
2. Good communication skills. 良好溝通技巧
3. English fluency. 英文流利
4. Well organized and can work under pressure. 良好組織協調能力, 能承受壓力
5. Careful and responsible. 嚴謹細致, 勇擔責任
6. Skilled in PPT, word& Excel. 熟練運用office辦公軟件
