職責描述：
1.落實法務各項制度流程；制度流程制定和執行過程中的優化建議和意見處理等；
2.對常規合同的審核、修改及復雜合同的初審、校核，對交易模式提出法律意見和建議；
3.對公司印章、證照文書的保管和管理；
4.公司注冊、變更、政府申報中的法律事務；
5.知識產權申請和實施過程中的資料收集、爭議解決，與外部顧問溝通協調；
6.其他公司法律事務，如信息安全、勞動人事相關的法律事務；
7.協助處理亞太區其他法域的法律事務。
1. Implement legal policies and regulations, suggest and coordinate on optimization
2.Review and revise general contracts, and pre-review complex ones advise on transs
3.Keep and manage the company stamps, certificates and documents
4.Conduct legal work in company registration/ation and government filing
5.Collect and file materials in IP application and utilization, dispute resolution, coordinate with external counsels
6.Handle other legal affairs such as information security, employment, etc.
7.Assist on legal affairs in other jurisdictions in APAC.

任職要求：
1.法律專業本科以上畢業，持有司法執業資格證書
bachelor or above degree on law, passed National Judicial Exam
2.公司法務工作經驗5年以上
5 years experience as inhouse counsel
3.上述6項崗位職責中，具備3個以上相關工作經驗
with experience in 3 areas among the above 6
4.英文讀寫能力良好
good reading and writing English
5.計算機辦公軟件技能良好
proficiency in computer office skills
6.思維敏捷、條理清晰、善于溝通、高效、合作、抗壓力、親和力
clear thinking, well-organized, exellent communication, effecient, cooperative, able to work under pressure, and amiable
