崗位職責
EHS Management:
?Assist RSS BD Manager to establish project EHS plan and policy, continually to improve it.
?Take the role of EHS owner through the whole project, assist our client’s EHS stakeholders in the implementation of the EHS plan& policy, to ensure the site/workshop activities (site preparation and construction) meet the compliance requirements, including but not limited to the international & local EHS rules and regulations, assist our clients in communications with the other vendors on EHS issues.
?Conduct EHS orientations, safety trainings, and inspections to all project members.
?Identify and uate the hazardous conditions in the workplace, conduct analysis reports, give s to our clients and the other vendors and provide solutions to ensure a good EHS result.
?Conduct regular audits& inspections at project sites with clients and EHS team, investigate, analyze, report and record the potential hazards.
People Management:
?Take the role of team leader to lead an EHS project team to ensure that they know well about EHS plan& policy, know well about their responsibilities and with strong sense of EHS, can find the risks, report or defuse on time.
Onsite Safetyl Services:
?Carry out repair, maintenance and testing of Dr?ger’s products which are rented in the project.
?Provide adequate records to the customer to demonstrate the scheduled work has been performed.
?Provide technical support/ trainings to staff and customers for specific products.
?Try to prevent the hazards.
Customer relationship management
-Maintain a close relationship with existing clients.
-Support in developing new customers as appropriate.
-Address customer’s complaints skillfully and provide an efficient solution.
任職要求
Bachelor degree in natural sciences or chemical or a comparable combination of education and experience
5-8 years of experience in international project business or EHS, e.g. in chemical, petrochemical and/or oil & gas industry
