崗位職責：

1、HJT PVD 設備的工藝研究、設備參數配置、工藝方法及功能驗證。

2.負責工藝異常分析及處理，制定相應的預防及控制措施；

3.負責PVD工藝的SOP編制及完善、作業員操作培訓；

4.負責新機臺工藝調試及驗證；

5.配合研發部門新品開發及制程控制。

6.工藝部門人員管理、團隊建設

崗位要求：

本科及以上學歷，材料工程真空鍍膜相關專業，光伏行業優先

熟悉異質結PVD設備ITO鍍膜工藝

熟悉涉及PVD氣壓、流量、功率、spacing、摻雜濃度等調節
