職位描述
1. Maintain office services and operations in accordance with designated procedures.
2. Assign and monitor responsibilities and tasks among office staff.
3. ****uate and manage staff performance and customer service quality.
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
5. Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities and maintenance of the office equipment with relevant department.
6. Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
7. Work closely with Hong Kong office and report regularly.
8. Perform ad hoc duties if necessary.
