KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Maintains relationship with clients and internal/external stakeholders
?Performs daily work with high complexity, including reviewing and posting journal vouchers to accounting system, review and closing full set of books, PRC compliance documents, capital account, monthly and annual financial statements, tax returns with tax computations, and other tailor made management reports/ financial analysis.
?Query management with internal and external- 3rd party stakeholders;
?Assists Manager in preparing internal documents for new client enrolment ;
?Monitors progress of the service delivery and follow up outstanding regular matters with client’s contact;
?Supervises Accountants and Junior Accountants, and reviews draft deliverables.
Assists Manager/AM to implement internal control procedures and train junior staff.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
?Degree Holder in Accountancy or business related disciplines
?3 - 4 years experience in CPA firms or multinational companies.
?Sound knowledge of international accounting and banking practices.
?Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
?Pursuing or qualified in Local professional examinations
?Good knowledge of accounting system (e.g. Kingdee, SAP, Oracle, etc.);
?Advanced excel skill set
