職位描述
Admin Budget/Payment management
?Assist to manage admin budget to ensure all admin activities in line with budget.
?Proactively find opportunity to optimize the cost efficiency and also the service quality.
Agency management
?Manage all external agencies daily service, like travel, delivery, stationary vendors… to ensure the service quality and also the daily operation.
?Assist to set KPI and review the agency performance regularly and take follow up actions to drive the service quality.
Project management
?Act as the co-leader of office movement project to manage the office movement project delivery meeting the expectation.
?Support HR on internal communication activities, i.e. staff magazine, annual dinner.
Daily Admin operation management
?Ensure daily office admin mgt. to meet internal customer needs and provide a right working environment.
?Work with cross functions, i.e. IT to ensure the office telephone mgt.
