職位描述
職責描述:
1.Participating to establishment of nationwide AP team of center account as well as nationwide payment services.
2.Confirming payment services, improving payment processes.
3.Handling daily account cases, clearing AP/OP account services while auditing and controlling.
4.Completing vendor payments promptly and accurately.
5.Controlling AP Account age.
6.Learning purchase segments thoroughly, participating to bid inviting and rebate audits as well as ensuring guarantee tickets, tax, rebate, payments etc. are compliance.
7.Managing tax service planning and value added tax projects.
8.Participating to purchases of store renovation and equipment.
9.Responsible of company collaborations and alliance promotions, platform promotions, establishing a standard collaboration platform and account handling system.
10.Controlling non business payment services.
11.Responsible for tasks assigned by other department supervisors.
任職要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree, accounting or related major.
2.Plus if experienced in large-scale retail industry or food & beverage chain store
3.Sharp business sense as well as strong presentation and communication skills.
4.Strong team work and management skills.
5.5 years or more Finance related work experience, 2 years or more AP Account related work experience, team leading experience, direct subordinates should be more than 2 people.
6.Experienced in ERP.
