Job responsibility:1. Strategic planning: Based on the company's overall strategy and market trends, developed and implemented the annual digital marketing plan and budget in China to ensure that marketing activities were closely aligned with the target market.2. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising, media or related.2. At least 6 years working experience in digital marketing3. Proficient in the full **** of digital marketing, have a deep understanding and practical experience in social media marketing (such as wechat, Weibo, Douyin, XiaoHongshu, etc.), content marketing, data analysis, etc.4. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills and project management skills.5. Good bilingual skills in Chinese and English, able to communicate internationally without barriers.職責范圍:1.策略規劃:根據公司整體戰略及市場趨勢,制定并執行中國區數字營銷年度計劃及預算,確保營銷活動與目標市場緊密貼合。2.項目管理:通過管理并優化各類數字營銷渠道(如社交媒體、搜索引擎、內容平臺等)落實年度營銷計劃,提升項目ROI,擴大品牌影響力。3.內容營銷:領導第三方內容創作團隊,制定內容策略,生產高質量、有吸引力的內容,增強用戶粘性和轉化率。4.數據分析:運用數據分析工具,跟蹤營銷活動效果,進行數據分析與報告,為決策提供數據支持,并持續優化營銷策略。5.團隊協作:跨部門協作,與產品、銷售、客戶服務等部門緊密配合,確保營銷活動的順利執行與成果最大化。任職要求:1.本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、廣告、傳媒或相關專業背景。2.至少6年以上數字營銷相關工作經驗 3.精通數字營銷全鏈路,對社交媒體營銷(如微信、微博、抖音、小紅書等)、內容營銷、數據分析等有深刻理解及實戰經驗。4.強烈的責任心和團隊合作精神,優秀的溝通協調能力和項目管理能力。5.良好的中英文雙語能力,能夠無障礙地進行國際溝通。
