工作職責? 負責協調和支持軟件產品部署到用戶端的計劃制定和有效實施，驗收產品部署效果并及時反饋。? 為用戶提供產品培訓與駐場產品培訓。? 協助維護客戶關系，有效解決現場技術問題和客戶抱怨。? 梳理和分析客戶需求，推進產品使用。? 收集和反饋用戶問題，協助開發團隊迭代產品。任職資格? 統招大專及以上學歷，生物醫學工程、醫學影像、計算機等相關專業。? 具有醫學影像診斷軟件使用經驗，或具備軟件基本安裝與故障排查經驗。? 優秀的溝通能力，責任心強，自我驅動力較好。? 具備良好的邏輯分析能力和問題解決能力。? 可接受一定強度的出差。
