高壓產品結構電子件供應商質量，零件類型如：斷路器，Pyro fuse，繼電器等。Responsibilities of The Role:?Leading the APQP of high voltage electrics and electronics parts and conduct supplier audit.?Conduct and implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback into our design.?Supplier Production Capacity (Operations management)?Suppliers On Time Delivery performance?Supplier Quality Performance management?Guide suppliers in developing specific/robust processes and procedures to promote efficient and seamless production of high-quality products.?Validate supplier corrective/improvement ****s involving design and/or process changes to ensure they are robust, sustainable, and implemented for similar potential concerns across manufacturing lines and/or suppliers.Requirements:?Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electrical Engineering?Supplier development and management experience of industrial electronic components used in energy storage and charging products.?Be able to perform excellent job on localization development of AC circuit breakers, Pyro fuse and other industrial EE parts.?Practical experience on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design For Assembly (DFA)?Familiar with quality tools, e.g. APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and related methods, e.g. control chart, Pareto Analysis, and etc.?Mechanical or electrical **** with statistical tolerance analysis, design quality assessment and improvement technique.?Have experienced or familiar with any industrial products certification standards such as IEC, UL, IEEE and TUV. ?DFSS experience or related certificates is a plus.?Hands on and ready to work on a fast-paced environment. ?Excellent spoken and written English, Mandarin.?Domestic and international travel (expected 50% of the time) is required to engage with CMs, sometimes on short notice.
