-負責軟裝飾部件（地毯、頂篷、后備箱裝飾和音響系統）的工程開發和供應商管理。-作為生產開發負責人，組織技術會議并完成對軟飾相關供應商的技術評估。-與全球工程團隊、采購員和項目團隊合作開展供應商提名活動。-根據雷諾項目要求，領導供應商開發軟飾部件。開發活動包括截面設計、3D 數學數據和 2D 圖紙發布、EWO、DV/PV 報告、RGPQP 文件和 BOM 管理。-負責定義軟裝飾的性能和功能，根據基準和客戶經驗報告詳細的技術標準。-確保供應商的提案符合雷諾的產品規格。-控制軟飾的成本、質量、重量和時間方面的項目開發。-領導解決項目開發階段的工程問題。 -車輛工程、機械工程等相關專業，本科及以上學歷。-6 年以上軟飾開發或相關領域工作經驗，熟悉制造流程、PDT 和數學數據發布流程，熟練掌握 CATIA 和 RVT。-工作語言為流利英語。-有知名 OEM 或相關行業工作經驗者優先。-積極主動、以解決方案為導向、具有前瞻性思維、良好的溝通技巧和團隊合作精神。
